HCLTech Software Developer interview questions

we had three rounds. Aptitude, technical and HR. While hiring they offered package of 3.25, after completion of 3 months(Training period) suddenly they reduced our salary without any reason! When we tried to contact HR we didn't even get a proper reply from them. This was my bad decision ever I have made.
