HCLTech Software Developer interview questions

3 rounds of interview including SQL server, C sharp, Asp.net , WCF and web services. They were also checking if i have any skill on advanced technologies. they were asking scenario based question in office environment and giving the situation and asking for solution. After 1st round and facing upto 100 question they forwarded for the 2nd round. I 2nd round they asked more technical question and checking in depth knowledge. Then comes to 3rd round was the final managerial round in this process only simple question were asked in terms for improving performance of the application and how implement design pattern in asp.net.
