HCLTech Software Developer interview questions

Professional- Aptitude, Technical. HR HCL was hiring for BFSI clients. Aptitude questions were focused mostly on analytical skills. Technical questions were hard but the candidates were allowed to select multiple options. (Best suitable answers) Till date not sure why the test was scheduled in this fashion. HCL was looking for strong java developers so questions involved design patterns, struts concepts, scenario based situations ie what is the desired output 1:1 technical interview was standard. Candidates were questioned on their comparability with coding in Java. I was asked to write a trigger HR was smooth. General questions asking about my ambitions and long term goals. I discussed about training opportunities and any new technologies , tools teams are using.

I joined as a fresher. Very easy interview process. First Written test, next technical hr and then HR. All are very easy. Interviewers main focus will be on your communication skills.
