HCLTech Software Developer interview questions

There were 4 rounds: Aptitude test, GD, technical interview and HR interview. The first two rounds were fairly easy. The technical round consisted of a panel of 2. The questions were mostly about my academic project and a few general questions. In HR round there were a few general questions and then they explained the responsibilities of the role.

they scheduled me several times for same day interviews and the interviewer would not even show up or come very late even though they knew I was busy with personal project. once they got approval that they want me, they would not even give me a written offer. It seems like they want you to be treated like a third class citizen highly disrespectful.
