HCLTech Senior Software Developer interview questions

Hackathon to implement usecase that needs to be implemented in group and then one has to explain their role in entire process followed by telephonic technical round and then HR

Such an unprofessional HR dept. I cleared level 1 round two times from different HR, first time I never got call for 2nd round even after they confirmed. 2nd time they scheduled 2nd round without consulting with me and I was not available. I asked them to reschedule but they cancelled the interview even after rescheduling. Such a poor quality of HR dept they have. They don't value the time spent by a candidate. I wonder how they treat their employee.
