HCLTech Senior Analyst interview questions

The experience was horrible, the job was for a Datacenter operations L1 i arrived at the location at 9:30 and the people who came after me were taken first.. i was taken in only at 1:30, First round was a "GRAMMAR TEST" i passed that, after that we had to wait another 1 hour to take our next test which was the communication test. the interviewer was very friendly and it got over soon, after that another 1 hour wait and we had a Technical round of 30 questions to be answered in 30 mins, this is where the problems started, even though the test was easy i noticed that the HCL EMPLOYEES were helping the candidates who were answering telling them to google for the answers, this is terrible how do u call yourself the best employer in India and have posters all around the office when you do such things, after this round we were waiting for 2 hours and no one bothered to tell us if we passed the technical quiz round, we had to literally go and ask those hcl employees if we passed or not, but in the mean time while we were waiting, there were 2 HCL employees in the waiting area with their badges on explaining to an applicant what TCP/IP was and training him taking mock interviews n stuff... How can such a big company do things like this... its really unethical and it does not value the people who work hard for a job, coming back my last round was a Telephonic technical round, the interviewer was really arrogant and kept shouting and demanding like. to top that of i couldnt hear a thing he as speaking as his kid was screaming in the background, again what type of a interview process is this.. i answered whatever he asked me properly only to find out that he failed me, for what i dont know.. and i finished my interview only at 8 PM....

Written test was been conducted by aspiring minds. It consists of 83 questions, we have to write them in 90 minutes. The pattern consists of 4 sections : 1. Verbal Ability (25 Qns 30 Mins) 2. Quantitative Aptitude (25 qns 35 mins) 3. Logical reasoning (25 Qns 35 Mins) 4. Technical Comprehension (8 Qns 8 Mins) The test held for about 107 minutes in which each sections were divided accordingly. The first section consists of a passage followed by questions as this is based on English it is quite difficult.
