Interview
I reached the office at 9 am and there were hundreds of people. Just like school days, had to keep the bag outside and sit for written test which included Linux, database, manual testing, automation testing, server deployment and aptitude questions. If you clear that, then you are called for 1st round. I gave my answer sheet at 11.40 am and they announced the name for not shortlisted at 1.50 pm. If they had to conduct the test, they should have kept online test at the center rather than wasting time of so many people.

Interview
Worst interview i had in my life,It was walk in interview for experienced person on sat , i reached around 9.30 at HCL office electronic city . I waste my entire day at least 4' o clock they told most of the people .Testing interview panel is not there so ,will conduct telephonic interview ,you can leave for the day. After that i did't receive any call from HCL. Experienced people don't go for sat walk in interview. it was fully waste.
Technical and HR Interview , It was more interactive and interviewer expected me to explain all networking process and bug scenario. job and its responsibilities.Making a new hire requires a lot of time and effort—which is no big secret if you’re a recruiter!
