3 interviews: Googliness, Leadership and technical interviews. 3 different interviewers will spend 45 minutes with you to ask their questions. They want you to take your time to answer, show your way of thinking to assess the questions and build an answer

What would you do in your client want to take 10% of their Google Ads budget to test a new platform?
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
