Interview
Technical screening and onsite rounds were done pretty smoothly. Overall the interview questions weren't that difficult, SQL questions were easy, focus was more on the product case and A/B testing related. Interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. Recruiter was pretty responsive but wasn't entirely transparent about the level or the process after the onsite rounds until I explicitly asked. I've been in the team matching phase for 2 months now which is pretty slow and I don't really get updates from my recruiter when/if the team doesn't want to move forward. I'm just assuming since I don't hear updates that they don't. I also don't think my package has even been sent to HC yet until after a successful team match has happened.
Recruiter has kind of been responding slower ever since I mentioned I made it to the team match at another company. Makes me feel like they don't really care about me and wasting everyones time. Still waiting to see if I get an offer or if I'll be stuck in the team match phase forever.
