I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Leeds, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Initial telephone screening - no preparation requires.
Video interview - my recruiter actually told me what questions would come up so I was fully prepared in advance.
Assessment centre - three rounds of competency and strengths based interviews followed by an IT test, maths test and a set notation test.
The whole interview process is laughably easy. (they asked us to calculate 7 squared! - I have a masters in Maths!) They are NOT looking for people who can think off their own accord or have any other ambitions outside FDM. They are looking for low achieving graduates who NEED training.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
It only took 1 day to get a phone interview after I applied. They asked me about my resume in 5 mins and gave me an onsite interview. Then, I went through the assesment day next week. Two easy interviews. About 5 mins each. Three easy tests. 20 mins math test on high school stuff. Other two 50 mins test on logic, such as venn diagram. The key thing that I really didn't wanna do well in this interview is that it's a 2 year contract and the salary is super low. 40k for the first year and 45K for the second. 30k penalty for breaking the contract. First time writing a review, hope it's helpful.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview consisted of three tests, one being a basic GCSE Maths test (no calculator), the other being a sets theory test, and the third being an IT Aplitude test. The aplitude test consisted of generally IQ test style questions with around 10% of the test being basic IT questions.
After this there were three interviews each consisting of four questions and lasting five mins. The aim here was to answer with very detailed answers and by thinking outside the box of the question.
