FDM Group interview questions

Telephone interview - Do not think you can fail this stage. Once you apply online - if the graduate recruiter notices potential on your CV - you will be contacted almost immediately. You will be asked how you heard about FDM and why you want to apply. You will then be informed they want to give you a telephone interview, following this initial contact, you will receive a confirmation email informing you what the theme of the interview will be. Once you have scheduled the telephone interview, they will probably not call you on the dot because they get backed up by interviews that over run. From what I gathered, it is a simple test about how much you know about the company - which you are informed about before the telephone interview. For example, where is FDM based in the UK? Manchester, Glasgow and London = pass or name some of FDM's clients? HSBC, BP and BA = pass. You only need to give three correct answers before the graduate recruiter moves you on to the next question. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? - easy stuff. Once the graduate recruiter is content that you are potential new meat you get told you passed and move to schedule an assessment day. ( coming soon)

Very Quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Watch a presentation of the company, take a 2.5 hour assessment test. lunch break. 3 5-minute interviews. And that was the day. Interviewers only ask you behavioral questions to try to get to know you.
