FDM Group interview questions

Interview was a full day process. Started with an exam followed by a round robin review with 3 individuals. All the interviewers were very nice and the office was filled with others who were taking their courses. They were looking for more IT and programmers than other positions to fill their class openings.

Initial application was easy, I remember I only submitted CV and cover letter. Then I was approached by their APAC recruiter. But the process took a long time for them to book a telephone interview which was just a standard competency based interview, but requires some knowledge about the company business and financial as well as IT industry. Then I was invited to the assessment centre which consisted of a skype interview with managers in Asia and tests. The assessment day was not very enjoyable and to be fair it was a bit dull and pretty much all the information they gave can be found online.
