Really straightforward, we came into the building, then we had 30 minutes presentations about the company and the graduate programme (things you are supposed to know before going there), then 3 different face to face interviews with simple questions, 30 min Mathematical test based on GCSE level, one hour logical, IT multiple choices test and one hour Venn Diagramm test.

Interview
Online application followed by relatively easy math test. Phone interview then a 2nd over Skype. Phone interview was fairly basic and went well. I was told that the Skype interview would be fairly technical so I spent time reviewing databases and other IT knowledge. Skype interview ended up not technical at all, I was caught off guard.

What is the significance of the American flag behind you?
I applied online and received a telephone interview. The telephone interview was very straightforward and the interviewer was very nice. After passing that I was invited to the assessment centre, which was composed of a 30mins interview with a recruitment manager in Hong Kong and 3 tests. Both the interview and the tests are very easy.
