I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Montréal, QC) in May 2016
Interview
At the very beginning I received a call from one of the HR members for the interview. Interview was about my understanding of FDM and the position, my background etc. It was a simple and short interview. Then, I was given an online test (programming logics, mathematics, etc) that to me it was not hard except the last few questions. I was approved and went for the next interview with a technical trainer. He asked about programming concepts and my knowledge of some applications like excel pivot tables. This interview was kind of technical. I also gave him some background about my studies and a little explained why I feel I'm a good candidate for that role. Finally, the HR called me again saying I was approved for last level. The final interview was with the account manager (Skype). She wanted to ask about my educational background, future career prospects, and the reason I wanted to join them. I didn't do this interview because they told me my work permit should be valid at least for 2 years and mine was not.
