Process consist of three rounds , HR , technical , and FTF Technical at their location. After clearing the technical round, they will reject you with no reason. They are insecure in terms of candidates joining. In the current scenario, it is a likelihood that the candidate rejects joining. That doesn't mean you doubt everyone regarding his or her joining. The interviewer who himself switched twice in 3 years asking why you are switching so early? So don't waste time in the FTF interview. Ask them to conduct virtually or say bye-bye.
