The interview process ran smoothly. After receiving an initial screening call from the recruitment team an interview was arranged for the following week with 2 Interviewers on the panel. They seemed to focus the interview questions around the STAR Methodology.

I can describe this interview process as a breath of fresh air! The interviewers make it feel like a conversation instead of an interrogation. Literally a well oiled machine as everyone is on the same page from the interview to the feedback stage.
