The process lasted four months and consisted of multiple online interviews and a writing test. The interview experience was super positive. Everyone was great and in constant communication with me. I made it to the final stage, and then they ghosted me - no feedback, no generic rejection, and no response to my follow-up. It was an unfortunate end to a very long but positive experience.
