Interview
Three interviews. One virtual one, two-in person. Asks you behavioral questions and what you know about the company. Interviews are all 30 minutes long, each one essentially asking you the same thing. They just want to make sure you are good at customer service and have potential to be good in sales, as your performance is heavily tracked through numerical reports on a monthly basis.

Filled out application. HR contacted me to schedule a virtual interview. The interview was medium difficulty. Many questions were asked (STAR), including questions on your past work experience and education. I did not move on to the in-person interview.

Interview
First, there was a zoom screening after which we immediately scheduled an in person meeting at an Enterprise location to learn more about the role and do a more in depth interview.
