Interview
The interview was a three step process where as you progress, you move forward with another interview. You must dress business professional and have your resume on hand. The management team that interviewed me were not only knowledgeable and professional but very kind throughout the entire interview process. I recommend being open and honest in addition to just being yourself.

Describe a time where you encountered an upset customer and how did you handle the situation?
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
