It is a three interview process for this position. The first is a virtual interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the next is an in-person interview with the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager, and the third is an interview at the regional office with the Regional Manager. The final decision is the Regional Managers.

Question 1
Some of the questions were: Please give us an example of your past leadership; Please tell us about a time when a customer was unhappy and how you resolved it. Was there a time when you had to persuade a customer, and how did you do it? How do you see your future with Enterprise (i.e. what do you want from the company?)?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
