Interview
It was intense having 3 interviews but it paved the way for me to gain confidence in future interviews. I thought everyone was nice. However, don't drag someone to the 3rd interview and say no.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Stregnths and weaknesses? How have you gone above and beyond in customer service?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
