I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nashville, TN) in May 2013
Interview
I applied through an online job site. Recruiter called and gave me a brief phone interview. The recruiter had a terrible attitude. He seemed very rushed and disinterested from the beginning. I answered all of his questions honestly and attempted to give additional relevant experience, he cut me off and ended the interview. I should not have applied. I am obviously overqualified. I have a feeling that if you are young and barely meet the requirements, you'll get the callback.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
