The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY) in Jul 2009
Interview
The first interview is a phone interview where they ask you basic questions like what you are looking for in a career and how you are with customers. Basically the questions are to see if you communicate well and can think on your feet and are willing to work your way up from the bottom in a very successful company.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
