I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2012
Interview
Consisted of a short phone interview at the end they ask you when you are available for a one to one interview. The one on one interview is very comfortable and is not entirely scripted. Ask you the basic things about your sales skills and background. At the end, if you make it through, they tell you to expect a call from an area manager in a few days to schedule the next interview. Awaiting that call now.

Question 1
What is an experience you had in customer service where you went the extra mile?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
