The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2009
Interview
Initial phone screen. 1 on 1 with an area manager two separate times then an interview with the regional rental manager. Very typical interview questions. Tell me about yourself. Give me a time when you had to deal with a tough customer and what did you do. if you saw someone doing something against company policy what would you do.

Question 1
name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do to resolve the situation.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
