The recruiter was very nice and personable. Know the company and position well. Make sure you have goals for the future and know your strengths and weaknesses. Have 3 questions prepared for the end of the interview. Follow up with a thank you note
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
