The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2011
Interview
I interviewed for Enterprise Rent a Car last fall for their Management Trainee position. I learned about their Management Trainee program by talking to a recruiter at a school career fair. Following the career fair I received a phone call within the next few days from the recruiter.
This was an initial phone screen in which I spoke with the recruiter about previous sales experience, and whether or not I was willing to work over 40 hours per week and work with a fair amount of customer conflict.
Following this phone screen I was advanced to an on-campus in person interview with a regional recruiter. I was asked simple customer service questions like "what did you do when a customer was dissatisfied with a product or service you were selling?" I was handed a booklet at the end of the interview outlining pay for the position, benefits and more about the company.
Within a week I received an email saying I made it to the next interview with the branch office I applied for online. This interview was at an actual branch location and the questions were more in depth and primarily behavioral based. After this interview I was emailed (by the recruiter I had an on campus interview with) that I did not make it to the final interview. I will apply to them again however. You need to wait 6 months if you were not successful the first time.
