The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2012
Interview
There was a brief phone overview followed by a one on one interview. The company seemed to have great employees and a nice work environment, but not exactly what I was looking for career wise. The hours also were a little longer than I would have preferred (between 48-50/wk.) however, that is just due to my own personal circumstances. The interview was not difficult if you know customer service or have any experience in sales. I would not discourage anyone from applying or accepting the position, as my reasons for not taking employment were unique to my situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
