Eaton Senior Reporting Analyst interview questions

Applied online and was reached out by someone from europe which weirded me out, thought it was a spam number. Had a 15 min call regarding my background, motivation and salary expectations. My interview was then scheduled with hiring manager and hr. I was surprised that it wasnt on teams and that wanted me to come onsite during covid. I live with older parents and was hesitant but they insisted that i give interview onsite. The interview was with the hiring manager and hr manager regarding my background, knowledge, reason for leaving. They were operating at 70% occupancy at work. I did not receive a call or email on next steps. It would be good to email and let candidate know theyve not been selected.
