I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (South Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Brief phone interview from HR, and then a 30 minute call from the engineering manager. After the phone screening, an onsite interview was set up. The interview takes about five hours, and I was interviewed by 6 different people (two people per hour for three hours). The last two hours were spend touring the facility. Basic STAR questions were asked. I was asked about projects on my resume, but there weren't really any technical questions. The process took a couple weeks, and I was given the offer two days after the interview (this probably isn't typical).

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you implemented a procedure that you had to pull back from because it didn't work as planned?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Searcy, AR) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied for the position and within a week of the posting coming down an interview was scheduled. Since I was an internal candidate for the position, I only had to have the face to face interview with the interview panel. This included the hiring manager, another product engineer, the HR manager, and the Quality Manager. They asked Lominger interview questions about 10 total before allowing me to ask them about some of the specifics to the position.
