It was a lot of burr acracy according to many steps with many different people. It should be less interviews than as it was. Questions were fine and they tried to understand the deep knowledge. But some interviwers were really rude and showing not interesting in the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Hyderâbâd) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied for a Java based Backend, Web development role. The role was for DBS Bank.
First round was with Senior Manager : Questions were mostly on Spring Cloud Projects, usage and system Design. It was a good experiance.
Second round was with Java practice head: Some DS algo questions along with System Design and project discussion.
HR round was scheduled just after that and they released the offer in a day. There was no negotiation, they gave what I asked without questioning.
I got a better offer so didn't joined, but overall my interview experiance was good.

Interview
Telephonic round interview for FE.
I gave Walmart Labs interview as well for the same position when I gave an interview for EPAM. EPAM didn't revert but sent a feedback survey of the interview. I got selected by Walmart Labs. I assume either the interviewer doesn't know the subject properly or HR was not okay with the package I was asking. I already had a package that is beyond their senior developer budget.
Don't waste candidates' time.
