4 rounds including 1 online test. Interview was good, But the HR behavior is very bad. She rushed me to finish all rounds, i cleared all and also shared all the required documents to generate an offer. On one friday she requested me to share the documents saying she will send me offer on Monday. But then on she started giving some lame reasons with improper response and finally said position is on hold. Very unacceptable work from such a big company wasting my time and effort. Disappointed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Athènes, , Attique) in Mar 2026
Interview
I had a week to prepare for this interview. For 90 minutes I was answering questions on Javascript, Typescript, Angular and CSS. Some of the questions were tricky, but for a well prepared candidate there should be no problem. There was no DSA questions, only some pair programming on Angular forms. The interviewer was another frontend developer, he was pleasant so it was an overall nice experience.
