I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Amsterdam) in Mar 2020
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I told her that I could be interested and she arranged a skype meeting. The interviewer was another recruiter, which is weird but ok. We had an interview around 1 hour on skype and it was neutral. The interviewer clearly told me that they will get back to me in 1 week however neither first contact nor second told me about the status or result of my application.
Moreover first recruiter found me on LinkedIn and offered me the interview did not even reply to my message on LinkedIn. The overall experience was very bad and non-professional.
I applied online. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Hyderâbâd)
Interview
very detailed knowledge is required in various topics in solution and enterprise architecture along with AI tools knowledge and their usage in development and other regular tasks. Also one should have knowledge on key terminology used in architecture.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Bengaluru) in May 2026
Interview
Very pathetic. Initially they scheduled interview and no one joined. When I called hr, she said panel is not available. Its minimum to update the candidate.
Next they scheduled after a week, even that the interviewer is half knowledge and asking basic questions like a 2 to 3 years for a solution Architect role. I was literally pissed off. Its completely time waste.
They just waste the time..
The solution architect interview is about solution design and system design. It's architect khata pattern. Given a complex business use case candidate is expected to design an architecture with standard best practices
