Interview
I had a 30 minute call with hiring team. It was fairly casual with no technical questions. I believe I was already qualified for the job and they just wanted to get to know me better.

• Phone Interview with talent acquisition.
• Teams interview with hiring manager.
• They'll let you know in a short-time frame if you got the job or not, a lot of teams are short-staffed so it is fairly easy with a lot of the entry level positions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ENGIE (Spokane, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process took two team leaders from the floor and myself. They use a third party hiring group called Aerotek. Ecova interviewed me twice after losing my paperwork or just not tracking correctly and hadn't even known I interviewed prior that week. They asked very generic questions and seemed distracted, both times I interviewed. The process was lengthy and for no good reason other than disorganization. They're improving, it seems.
