1°) 1 hour long interview with HR that asks you really precise questions about agile methodologies that you are using, your kind of leadership, how you work with engineers, what kind of products you deliverd 2°) 1 jour long interview with a manager who will want to have a deep understanding of "who you are", how you work with other people, how you deal with conflict, how you manage to resolve difficult situations 2° bis) study case 3)° 1h long interview with a PM, basic questions about your current ways of working, what you understood from the company and the role, questions and then he will take on to specifics of the feature teams and the topics he manages 4°) 1 hour long interview that turned into 30mn with CPO and HR manager - at this point they probably already know they want you so it mostly answering questions you already answers such as why you want to work for this company, what do you search for in job, what you think is fulfilling, etc.
