I saw an ad on craigslist so I went into the store and filled out an application. While there the day manager basically told me I had the job and would start training the following Monday. That night the owner called me for additional questions, but that was just regarding my availability.

There were really no questions, I had the job as soon as I expressed interest.
Very straightforward interview that was informative and professional. They had me come in and gave me a tour of the shop, and introduced me to each of the employees. I then sat down with the general manager for the formal interview.

Very quick and easy and I would totally recommend them to anyone wanting quick work as the interview process is very quick and easy. So all good on that front.
