A recruiter reached out to me by phone to do an initial screening. I did an on-site interview after that, and a lot of behavioral questions were asked. It didn’t feel intimidating and it was very much a conversation.

Friendly and engaged It was more of a discussion about work and industry trends and the possible approaches to solving problems associated with the role. I met with both the hiring manager and the director overseeing the manager. It was highly collaborative and convinced me to accept their offer.
