I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
The first interview was over the phone. The interviewer mostly asked basic questions. We went through my resume more in detail and talked about my other qualifications. The second interview was also over the phone. These questions were mostly behavioral (tell me a time when you did this...) and some critical thinking. Also time to ask questions at the end. I received an email a few days later saying that I did not move on in the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Discover (West Valley City, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
Hiring department called and conducted a phone interview with basic interview questions. Stated that I was over qualified for the job I applied for, Student Loans, and that she would contact other departments to find a better match for me and never heard back. I called and left a couple of messages with no response.

Question 1
I was surprised that there was no follow up. Made me feel as if the person that contacted me initially and conducted the phone interview was not on top of her job.
1. Submit resume online
2. a phone interview with a recruiter
3. on site interview with 4 hiring managers
4. received an offer
The whole process took only 2 weeks. If the hiring team wants to hire a candidate, the whole process is usually only 2-4 weeks.

Question 1
Interview questions are very related to my industry so there weren't any hard or unexpected questions.
