1st round technical interview. After 2 or 3 days HR people would call you if you're shortlisted. 2and round technical interview. After 2 or 3 days HR people would call you if you're shortlisted. If it's a critical project, you will be having Managerial 3rd round. Manager would explain the roles and responsibilities. If you are shortlisted then Final HR round will happen. Then Offer.
