The interview process was structured, professional, and transparent. The panel focused on technical relevant questions, communicated expectations clearly. TA gave good overview of company structure prior to interview. Overall, it was efficient, positive and well-organised experience
3 rounds of interviews after initial screening - this was due to an internal referral, the conversations were topical and focused on my background and interests. Courteous discussions with the partners and Directors of the firm and practice that I was being hired into.
