Interview
First round was skill test. Including both English language test and Math test
Second round, group discussion. A reading case of about 30 minutes. Then a group of 6 discuss to reach a solution to the problem in the case. It is important to show your strength and differentiations.
The final round is face to face talking to the partner.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
