de eerste stap is solliciteren naar een vacature met een interessante cv en een overtuigende sollicitatiebrief/motivatiebrief.
tweede stap is het maken van een assessment
derde stap is een sollicitatiegesprek waarbij de resultaten vna het assessment worden beoordeeld.
laatste stap is een gesprek met de managers van de desbetreffende afdeling waarbij ze dieper gaan op de competenties en je vaardigheden

Entretien simple et rapide
Premier entretien avec un manger ensuite rh plus pour parler du contrat. Premier entretien technique où il pose des questions de base de comptabilité. Entretien assez simple, manager assez accessible qui parle de ces expériences.
First step is Group discussion, then a First round of Interview and lastly a Final round of Interview. First round was Human resource round and final was technical and online round.
