There were several stages were involved, which were all online. There was an assessment where a video response was needed for each question. There were ranking questions based on how you would respond in certain situations.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2021
Interview
Was very organized and clear stages for application. This made it simple and easy to check the application's progress. There were also regular email updates on their progress through sifting through the applications. All in all, a positive experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the 1:1 interview, there were two sections. One of the sections was direct questions to find out more information about me. The second phase was situational questions, where they asked me my thoughts and opinions on current issues and any potential ideas I would have to solve them. This was very discussion-based and if you're confident being asked this sort of thing then will be a strong and easy way to finish the interview. I actually really enjoyed this part as the interviewer also contributed to the discussion.

Interview
Pass some online tests and you get to the assessment centre. For the group task, you get given a case study with a situation and asked to come up with a creative solution which you all agree on. Some characters are more dominant in conversation than others, and I sometimes had to fight my way in to say something. However, everyone is fairly mature. You then have to present the agreed idea to the assessors (and are all forced to speak here).
The written task involves reading two arguments about an impending decision, and justifying which you say you prefer. It's harder than it might seem to complete it in the time they give you (50 minutes).
The interview is competency-based, so if you don't have enough to say you'll struggle, but my interviewer was very friendly which helps put you at ease.
