Deloitte Associate interview questions

The interview process was very well organized and efficient. They equally care about both the academic background/technical skills and the cultural aspect. They are basically testing for the mindset and ability to learn instead of actual knowledge itself.

The process is an average one as most of the largest the consulting firms do, there are 4 different interview: first inicial screening by phone, then a test and a group interview then if you get to pass this one (it´s not so difficult) you will have a personal interview, which personally I found it the hardest past and didn´t perform so good, I got to pass it though.
