An interview with a manger, a group presentation and a written exercise. Partner interview- one on one interview about your personality and your fit within the team.

The company asks you to come to their office. One of their senior staffs will interview the applicant about his experience and knowledge learned from previous employment or education. Then they would inform you about the work environment and expectations. It is pretty much a casual conversation.
