Deloitte Associate interview questions

Hiring process has changed since I applied. Had to sit two online tests (focusing around Maths and English). Once passed, I needed to take an additional assessment in the office. Once passed, progressed onto the first stage on the interview which was heavily competency based. Once that was passed, a final interview was held with the office partner (applicant also needed to present/discuss a business issue allocated to them).

The hiring process took months. I was first contacted after submitting my CV online for the test. Then months later I was contacted for a verification exercise which was basically verifying all your documents and then more months later I was contacted for the interview. I was interviewed by 4 people and they were generally nice and listened. It almost felt like an informal conversation. It was good.
