I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
3 Month Proccess. Screening call with recruiter to go through CV, followed by Apititude Test, Case Study Exercise, Virtual Interview, then finally In-Person interview at a local Deloitte office.
The proccess was very slow. The virtual interview was great, with senior people genuinely interested in your career, why you want to join Deloitte, why this particular role, technical questions, etc. It was less of an interview and more of a conversation. However, the final interview was with junior people who seemed rather annoyed that they were interviewing you, very 'stand-off ish'.
A month passed after the final interview and I did not receive any response. I was ghosted. After finally calling the recruiter I was told via a phone call that I was not successful, but was not given feedback as to why. I had to send multiple emails requesting feedback but no avail. Finally after a month passed I received a call from another recruiter who gave me very minimal feedback. Nothing about what went well, what I could improve on, what were my positive attributes and what I could have done better, just "the interviewers thought you lacked experience in certain areas" without specifying which is strange given I got to the final interview stage. There was no follow up email to put this in writing.
Overall, it was a negative experience and I felt that Deloitte did not respect the time and I effort put into this given the lack of communication and feedback.
I went through Managerial round which was good then came the directors round which was very vague only behavioural questions which a candidate can't specificy themselves at a given point of time.
