I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
Received an email from a recruiter asking if I was interested in a new career opportunity. Replied same day and set up a 30 minute phone conversation with recruiter via email - went over my experience and what the job would entail. About two days later I received a call from the recruiter asking availability for an in-person interview with the Director of Training at the company. Interviewed with the Director for about 40 minutes (mostly him explaining the job responsibility and the more dials you make the more likely you'll close business, etc) then he brought in a sales manager who basically said if I wanted the job he would give me a recommendation.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

Interview
It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
