It was a one stage interview with 2 people that lasted about 40 minutes. My experience was covered in great detail. I was asked questions on what kind of working environment I was looking for, what my strengths were, what leadership was to me and given a case question at the end. It was very conversational in style and I made sure to give them good reasons why I wanted to work for them, what I knew about them. I also followed up with substantive questions at the end.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Singapour) in Apr 2019

Question 1
This is the MBA intern for WWP (World Wide Procurement). The first 2 rounds about the normal questions that would be asked (e.g. why you studied MBA, why you are interested in this role, past experience when you handled a tricky situation...etc). The first 2 rounds were back to back, and from the 2nd to the final, there was about 1 month. Before the final, HR called and sent email about the topic for presentation and the instruction for the day. About 1wk left for the interviewee to prepare, and the time in the final round about 30min for self-introduction+presentation+questions. Questions asked were about presentation and experience in C.V. After the final round, only 2 days taken to get the offer from HR

It was very conversational, and the interviewer dug deep into my resume. He had clearly reviewed my resume beforehand. He picked out specific bullets and asked me for more info on the experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
Very easy and relaxed. Just had a chat about the role and what I like and what I want to do. Spoke about my past experience and my current status. Sweet manager. Very caring and easy going but it was hard to get a proper project to enhance my experience. Very vague directions and no proper guidance/ data to work with.
