The interview process took 3 months. Very long. DELL Contract Recruiter picked up candidate for lower position In title. But In the end it worked out all good. Interview process is longer. Interview is average and is good experience for the candidate. One has to be patient as Interview process can take 3 months including background check and drug test. Interview panel members were highly technical and they did great interviews. Interview is average to complex level where coding questions are asked.

Ad Hoc. The company I interviewed with had just been acquired by Dell. There was a discrepancy between their hiring practices versus Dell. This will probably not be applicable to Dell today.
